Greek Yogurt Parfait

Layering thick Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and crunchy granola turns a simple breakfast into something that feels intentional. Use full-fat yogurt for the creamiest texture — the tang balances sweet fruit and honey. Build in a clear glass to show off the layers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 1 tablespoon honey, plus more for drizzling
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granola (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 cups fresh berries or sliced fruit
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. In 4 glasses or bowls, layer: ¼ cup yogurt on the bottom, then a spoonful of granola, then a layer of fruit. Repeat with another layer of each.
  3. Finish with a drizzle of honey and a mint leaf if using. Serve immediately — the granola softens as it sits.
