Caprese Skewers

Threading cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella balls, and basil leaves onto skewers turns a classic Caprese salad into a one-handed appetizer. Look for ciliegine — small mozzarella balls about the same size as cherry tomatoes — so each bite has the right ratio.
